Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at via the CONTACT with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct from the refund if items show signs of use or damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
